参会报名：
报名方式一：
- 参会费用： RMB 1200/人
- 获得大会的参会证、主要会刊资料等资料袋1套；
- 组委会提供3天大会中午午餐；
- 组委会安排4月17日晚参会代表圆桌晚宴。 参会代表选择自己的主题圆桌，主办方介绍同桌同仁互相认识并共进晚餐；
- 三天所有论坛时段均可参加。

大会需提前报名，不安排现场报名。如有兴趣参会，请尽早报名。
有以下几点请代表务必遵守：1、会议开始前不要大声喧哗，保持有序进场。2、会议进行中请将所有通信工具关闭或调制静音状态。
3、会议进行中不要交头接耳、随意走到，听从现场工作人员安排。4、会场结束后请听从工作人员安排，按秩序离场，不要再会场停留。
5、现场遇到其它突发事项请第一时间与工作人员联系。

报告嘉宾安排：免除参会费用，同时提供嘉宾会议期间3天中午午餐及4月17日晚晚餐嘉宾圆桌晚宴。演讲嘉宾并可以带1-2位学生或者同事免费参会。其他安排待定。

每场议题演讲限时25分钟，回答观众提问时间为5-10分钟。
如有必要，可以有2位演讲者共同进行议题演讲。
议题提交注意事项
1. 所有演讲议题请务必在2025年4月1日前提交给主办方。任何在截止日期之后提交的议题将不予考虑和采纳。
2. 请填写演讲议题表单并用附件的形式通过电子邮件提交给我们。其他形式的提交将不予考虑和采纳。如果您需要提交多个演讲议题，请根据每个议题分别填写表单。
3. 请确保您所提供的内容是准确无误的，所有被审核通过的议题内容将有可能被引用到会刊和官方网站上。
4. 请确保您在演讲内容中使用的案例已经获得第三方的认可和允许。我们将不负责由此引起的任何纠纷和问题。
5. 请确保您提交的议题所涉及的演讲者能够在2025年4月17-18日出席会议。如果您提交的议题被审核通过，我们将在会议期间的任意一天进行安排演讲。
对于已提交演讲议题的审批结果，我们将在2024年4月1日前通过电子邮件或电话联系的方式通知您。如果您届时没有收到我们的通知，请及时联系我们。
2025 China International Biomaterials Conference call for speakers all over the world. If you are interested in giving a speech in the conference, please click be a speaker to download the form. Please send the form to info@gmexpo.net
We will provide the speakers the following VIP services during the conference:
The organizing committee provides speakers three days buffets durning the conference;
The organizing committee arrange for the round table dinner on the evening of October 21 for all the speakers.
Provide hotel accommodation for Three nights;
The speaker can also take 1-2 of their students or colleagues attend the confernce for free.

Any topic related to the biomaterial industry is welcome to give a speech in the conference.
Each seminar topic would limit to 25 minutes.Q&A time is 5-10 mintues.
Submission Guideline:
1． All submissions need to be returned by April 1st, 2025 to be reviewed. Any submissions sent in after this date will not be considered.
2． Submit your proposal in the form found in the download center. For more than one proposal please copy and complete separate forms.
3． Please be aware that any copy you provide in the attached form must be accurate.
4． Please ensure that your proposed speaker(s) are available at all times on the17th to18th April, 2025 when you submit a conference paper on their behalf. If your paper is successful, the organizer will allocate you a time slot on one of these three days.
5． Please ensure that the cases of speech content have won the third party approval and permission. We will not be responsible for any dispute arising from the problem.
7． After you have submitted your presentation we will send an email confirming that we have received your submission to the daily contact email address provided before April1st,2025.
8．Sincerely thank you for your active participation and response, we will consider very carefully and screening for all the topic, and hope you will continue to support BIO-CHINA.
